Information we receive

When you use the enquiry form, we receive the name, business email, company, role and message you choose to provide.

How it is used

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a product discussion and understand the business context of your request. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.

Form delivery

Form submissions are delivered using FormSubmit and forwarded to the Purchasing Assistant contact mailbox. Please avoid including confidential purchasing data, passwords or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.

Retention and requests

Enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation and related business records. To request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry, email contact@purchasingassistant.app
